By placing an order with Nothenorm you agree to these terms. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate fair-use limits.
Stock is limited to small batches of 40 to 80 pieces. When a piece is sold out, no restock is guaranteed. Some swim has a single restock window — see the product page.
Risk and title pass to you on dispatch. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
Returns accepted within 30 days, original condition with tags. Swim must be unworn with hygiene strip in place. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Nothenorm's liability is limited to the value of the order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
All disputes governed by Indonesian law, with jurisdiction in Denpasar courts. Buyers in the EU and UK retain statutory rights under their local consumer protection law.
