Started in 2025 in a single rented room on a quiet street in Denpasar. Six seamstresses. One pattern table. The first batch was 40 silk kimono. We sold out in three weeks.
We never expanded the atelier. Same room, same six people, same pattern table. We expanded the pieces — but never the noise.
Across kimono, swim, dress, and sets — we make 45 pieces per Spring/Summer. Each in a batch of 40 to 80. When the batch is gone, the piece is gone.
This is not a marketing strategy. It is a constraint of how slowly we work.
We don't dress trends. We dress people who already know what they look like — who pick a piece because it fits a life they're already living. Quietly premium, never loud.
