Free shipping on orders over Rp 5,000,000. Below that, fees calculated at checkout based on destination. Customs and import duties may apply on arrival, paid by the recipient.
Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Swim must be unworn with the hygiene strip in place. Kimono and silk pieces in original packaging.
Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense unless the piece is faulty.
If your order hasn't shipped, email hello@nothenorm.com with your order ID. Once shipped, you'll need to return.
If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days at hello@nothenorm.com with photos. We'll cover return shipping and replace or refund.
