UPF 50+ swim has 4-way stretch. Linen and cotton soften with wear but don't change size. Lyocell has minimal stretch.
Not at this time. We make in batches of 40 to 80 — custom orders aren't part of our process.
Yes — within 30 days of receiving your order, in original condition with tags. Swim must be unworn with hygiene strip in place.
If your order hasn't shipped, email hello@nothenorm.com with your order ID. Once shipped, you'll need to return.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Most pieces are made in single batches of 40–80. When the batch is gone, the piece is gone — no restocks until next collection. Some swim has a single restock window — see product page.

Rinse in fresh water after each wear. Hand wash cold. Air dry — no tumble dryer (the UPF coating breaks down with heat).
Yes, gracefully. Linen is meant to wrinkle. If you don't want wrinkles, choose Lyocell.
